We Work for the Policyholder
Country Public Adjusters is a public adjusting firm. Our role is to stand on your side of a property insurance claim — documenting the loss, preparing the claim, and communicating with the insurance company on your behalf.
What we do
After property damage, the insurance company sends its own adjuster. That adjuster is retained by, and reports to, the insurance company. We are retained by you.
Our work is detailed and unglamorous: inspecting the property, photographing and measuring the damage, reading the policy closely, assembling documentation, and staying with the claim as it moves. Most policyholders go through one significant claim in their lifetime. We do this work every day.
We do not promise outcomes. No public adjuster can. What we do is make sure your claim is documented thoroughly and presented professionally.

Damage is often broader than what is visible on the first walkthrough. We look for what may otherwise be missed.
